THE HISTORY
Charlotte Hospital started as Magadini Dispensary on 7th April 1977. The dispensary was officially opened by His Honorable Alhaj Aboud Jumbe, the vice president of the United Republic of Tanzania in 1978.
As the sisters came to Kilari Farm in 1972 there was no health facility around. This moved Sr. Charlotte Jahnel the first Regional Leader and Bishop Joseph Kilasara C.S.Sp. to construct the Magadini Dispensary which was upgraded to Charlotte Health Centre in 2006.
